Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, spectacular Breezy Point offers 270-degree vistas of the Pamlico Sound, and the vistas get better with every step skyward. From this unique location, on a point of land extending into the Pamlico Sound, guests can appreciate elegant sunrises from the front porch and astounding sunsets from the back deck. You can arrive at the best beaches in just mins. by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for simple windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four cavernous bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the sizable deck with a hot tub and sound vistas. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. Wide sundecks, a screened porch, and a covered porch complete the second floor. The huge, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous vistas of the sound, marvelous sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect rental:

  • To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
