Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, spectacular Breezy Point offers 270-degree vistas of the Pamlico Sound, and the vistas get better with every step skyward. From this unique location, on a point of land extending into the Pamlico Sound, guests can appreciate charming sunrises from the front porch and astounding sunsets from the back deck. You can arrive at the best beaches in just mins. by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for painless windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four roomy bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the sizable deck with a hot tub and sound vistas. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. Wide sundecks, a screened porch, and a covered porch complete the second floor. The huge, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous vistas of the sound, fantastic sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
