Every room inside has been freshly painted in inviting colors, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance, and the linens has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and style.

The cavernous living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor area now feature handsome new furnishings, designed for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen stands out with its striking granite countertops, offering ample space for meal preparation, along with brand new stainless steel appliances that combine style and functionality.

To enhance the living space, an beautiful electric fireplace console creates a comfortable focal point in the living room. This space is further equipped with a brand-new 55" flat-screen TV, ideal for both casual family nights and gatherings with friends. This home really blends comfort and modern design, making it a ideal getaway for anyone.

There are tons of fun to be had at the See-Shore! Perched on a dune in peaceful North Avon, this cozy bungalow offers front-row seats to the main attraction - the beach. The lower living level has two bedrooms and a conveniently located hall bath. The first bedroom has two single beds, a TV. The second room has a queen bed, a 32-inch TV. Unwind on plush furnishings in the main living level, featuring an entertainment center with a intelligent TV with streaming, and Netflix. Whipping up your favorite treats in the completely-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is a delight. Serve meals in the close by dining area with seating for eight or out on the oceanfront screened porch. Down the hall, you will find two additional bedrooms, a laundry closet, and a full hall bath. The third room has a queen bed and enormous closet, while the fourth room is a primary with a king bed and a full private bath, both with 32-inch TVs. At the end of the day, climb up to the sky-high observation deck to take in the evening and chat about the day's activities. When the sun goes down the warm bubbly hot tub on the screened porch is the ideal way to end the day!
