The Tip Sea Mermaid is a completely remodeled beach home in Salvo located on a corner lot just 200 feet from the shining Atlantic Ocean. Parlor in the sun and savor an ocean view from the broad rooftop observation deck, or relax in the shade with a good book on the screened-in porch. Either way, you'll feel the exhilarating salty breezes and hear the sound of crashing waves. When it's time to hit the beach, use the Quay Street public access located just a three-min. walk from the home. Load up the beach cart to comfortably transport your coolers, toys and gear for a full day of sun, sand and surf. Inside, this classic bungalow has been completely refreshed and furnished with beach-lovers in mind. Upgrades include a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, an updated primary bath with bespoke tile work, and LVP floor that runs throughout the entire home.
