OCEANVIEW Salvo - Merrimac Ln. If you've been looking for your own private island escape, then look no further than SALVO VERA. This attractively decorated fresh getaway, a short walk from the ocean, is just what you've been looking for. The first level features a game room with pool table, TV, stereo/CD and a refrigerator. There's also a queen bedroom and a 6 person hot tub on the deck off the game room. The second level has two bedrooms that share a bath, plus a king master suite that opens onto a deck with a table and chairs. The top level's roomy great room features cathedral ceilings and entertainment center. To the chef's delight, there's a sizable tiled kitchen with breakfast bar. The great room opens to cavernous decking and a screened porch with picnic table. Up on top, an observation deck offers Atlantic vistas as well as sunset vistas.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
