Breezy Days OBX is just a few steps away from the impressive Atlantic Ocean featuring vistas of the sound and the ocean from the multiple decks. Located next to the Historic Rodanthe Pier with pier passes supplied. Savor "Breezy Days" and and striking sunsets. The Outer Banks has some of the most handsome stretches of beach in the US. Come savor the private pool and 7 personal Hot Tub. Whether you appreciate Fishing, Surfing, Swimming, Sun Bathing, ATVs, Searching for seashells, or just good old fashion campfires on the beach there are so many activities for all.

The view from the ship's watch is priceless and accepts a 360 view of the island with phenomenal sound side sunsets!

Don't forget the handsome sound side of the Outer Banks! With beautiful sunsets, the sound side offers premium fishing, parasailing, paddle boarding, and a favorite on the islands kite flying.

All rooms feature 40" or bigger Intelligent TVs equipped with a Netflix account. You are also able to sign in to your own Roku, Sling, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts. There is a DVD player in all the rooms and we have a stock of DVDs. There are puzzles, games, and books available for use. Towels and Linens are included and a starter supply of necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Beach towels and chairs are supplied at no additional charge. Washer and Dryer supplied for your use. Laundry is also soap supplied.

We encourage you to purchase travel insurance. The home is on an island and experiences weather conditions at times that can disrupt access to the island. We do not issue any refunds when travel to the island is disrupted but are happy to provide the necessary documents for the travel insurance claim should the occasion arise.

Please note you will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your event during your stay.
