SOUNDSIDE Avon - Kinnakeet Shores - Sensational ocean vistas delight all who stay in SURFER'S DELIGHT. For a home on the sound side of Avon, this home has an ocean view better than some homes on the oceanside of the village. The beach is just about a 5 min. walk, using a cute little bridge over the lake just 2 tons from the home, then across the road. Bring your kayaks and paddle the pretty lake in the morning or at sunset for a peaceful Hatteras Island experience. Inside the home, choose from 3 bedrooms on the first level, one with king bed and private entrance into the hall bath. the other two bedrooms (queen, 2 bunk beds) share use of another hall bath. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom with queen bed also has a private entrance into the common bath. The great room offers vistas of the water through plenty of windows brightening the room. A sizable screen Intelligent TV provides entertainment as meals are expertly prepared in the kitchen. Dine at the 10 person dining table or in the adjacent screened porch accompanied by island breezes. Delight in sunsets from the deck after dinner and sunrises over the ocean with your morning coffee.
