South Beach is an Oceanfront hideaway in the village of Frisco on Hatteras Island. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the Hatteras Island bungalow. South Beach is an painless walk to the beach. Close to the Frisco Airport and Beach driving access. There is parking under the carport and an outside shower. First floor has 3 oceanfront bedrooms that you can step out your slider to the oceanfront deck to see the spectacular vistas, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Second floor is a great room with the living, dining and kitchen. Grand Ocean and Sound view decks. The huge kitchen has a breakfast bar which is well equipped for cooking up the meal for the family. The third floor has a 4th bedroom which is a loft with a deck with phenomenal ocean vistas. Let South Beach be your vacation destination for years to come. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. South Beach is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
