This two level, 4 bedroom home is complete with linens to rent for a fee. Master bedroom - King bed shares a Jack-n-Jill bath with bedroom 1 that has a Queen. Both of these bedrooms walk out on to the lower deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with double and a twin. 2nd bath is a full bath with tub.
At the top of the stairs is a 1/2 bath. Upstairs is an open floor plan, with entirely equipped kitchen counter and bar seating, two dining areas. Two sets of sliding glass doors provide handsome vistas that opens to the deck for sunbathing and star gazing. Enormous inviting living room with comfortable section and 65" intelligent TV with surround sound makes watching favorite viewing a great option to get a break from the sun.
Ground floor storage has additional refrigerator, ice maker, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cursers, kayaks, propane grille and other extras that you would have to pay to rent. This makes your packing painless!

Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
