Featuring three balconies and a pool deck for plenty of outdoor space to appreciate! Grab your sandwich from Waves and savor it on the picnic table, or prepare on the grille. Rinse off in our outdoor shower, and experience the tranquility this home offers! The main deck also offers spectacular vistas of the stars in the nighttime sky!

Guests have access to the entire home and pool area.

Our neighborhood is right off 12, we are at the end of a cul de sac, and just a few homes from the beach access. The beach here is not busy, it's rather roomy and charming!

You will want to have a car, we are about 20 mins. to major grocery, but have some superb eateries and stores in our general area that are walking distance as well.

About the Area

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting.

When to visit Salvo & When to reserve a Salvo rental home:

  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
