Lilly's Pad is a Classic Beach Box in Hatteras located one back from the beach. You can appreciate the vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from your screened in porch. It is just a short walk to the beach. Cozy and well maintained Lilly's Pad would make a great beach or fishing vacation destination. Located across the street from Teach's Lair Marina. Downstairs has 1 King, 1 Queen and 3 Twins, 1/2 bath, Outside Shower - wall AC unit.
Upstairs has 2 Kings, 2 Twins and 1 1/2 baths. There is no inside stairs from the lower level. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Lilly's Pad is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this cottage is by the sea. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Parasailing, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.

Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
