Additions for 2023 include three freshly modernized bathrooms with new paint, fixtures, and granite sink tops. The home also features new, hypoallergenic vinyl plank floor. Kick back in the open-plan living room with cathedral ceilings and a intelligent HDTV. Stretch out on the screened porch next to the kitchen and savor the calming sound of ocean waves. Appreciate dinner on the new outdoor picnic table for alfresco dining on the rear deck. The furnished sundeck has new cushions and is a great place to appreciate the ocean and sound vistas of sunrises and sunsets.
