This dog-friendly three-bedroom/three bath bungalow is ready to welcome you to a getaway full of rustic appeal, calming spaces, and plenty of outdoor fun. The home is located in a peaceful, Avon neighborhood along a non-thru street. From the dock, paddle your kayaks or motor your boat out the canal to the inshore waters of the Pamlico Sound in no time! The lighted fish cleaning table and outdoor shower will both come in handy after a day of fishing on the sound or playing in the waves – home is located less than ½ mile from two convenient beach access points.

The front entry is up on the first level sun deck. Enter and discover the main living area of with its open floor plan made warm and welcoming by cedar walls, lofted ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. Just off the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar are two master bedrooms with private baths - one with a queen bed, the other offering a pyramid bunk set.

The second level loft has a queen master bedroom, access to a sun deck with constructed-in seating overlooking the canal and sound, a full bath, and cozy game room space with a foosball table. The living area and each bedroom all feature TVs. For your added convenience, board games and puzzles are supplied for rainy day or evening fun!

As cozy as the inside is, it’s the outside spaces that will inspire your Outer Banks vacation dreams. From multiple decks catch kite surfers cruising over Pamlico Sound. Savor a relaxing soak in a new four-person hot tub. Sink into an Adirondack chair and watch the sun set and the moon rise as you wind down your day. Landing at RUSSELL’S LANDING is painless … it’s simply a matter of booking it today.
