Welcome to Sunshine, a enchanting, semi-oceanfront home in Avon with a private pool, a brand-new hot tub, a game room, and plenty of bright and beachy areas to make memories with the whole family. Updates for 2022 include new carpeting, new outdoor furnishings, new exterior lighting and paint, new interior paint, and new TVs. Outside, a paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and a cavernous deck surrounds the huge swimming pool. Inside, you'll find an broad game room with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and ample seating - a great spot for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. On the main floor, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, share them at the 10-person dining table and the three-person breakfast bar, then gather on the new furnishings for games and movies in the living room. Don't miss the exceptional vistas from the third-floor deck, an charming spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset
