Welcome to Second Wind! It is a sound front, ocean view home with magnificant sunset vistas located away from the hustle and bustle but convenient to everything you need while on vacation. This roomy home is the ideal family hideaway with something for everybody. Drop your kayaks or fish off the dock. Take a dip in the pool or hot tub (new in 2023). Savor an simple short walk to the beach (less than 5 mins.) or a variety of beach options close by. Eateries, grocery, and shopping are comfortably accessible.
This 4 bedroom / 4.5 half bath has two master suites and sleeps nine comfortably with many nooks and decks. The lower level opens onto a deck overlooking the inground pool and hot tub. Includes a game room with air hockey, board games, and puzzles. There is also a wet bar and full bathroom along with a family room. The second level includes a master queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and deck access to sound vistas. There are two additional bedrooms, one queen bedroom with deck access to the sound. The other bedroom includes one twin and twin bunk beds with a private deck. These two rooms share a huge hall bathroom. The top-level has a sizable open concept style kitchen, living and dining area. An additional master queen suite with a full ensuite bathroom is just off the main living area. The top-level also includes a half bathroom. For those who need a peaceful space to work or relax, there is a lookout room off the top level with ocean and sound vistas.
Rental includes the use of 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. Paddles and life jackets of all sizes are available too.
Reconnect with nature and appreciate the sights and sounds of a variety of wildlife including otters, deer, and osprey. Plenty of outside seating for everybody to savor on all of the decks. Come find your Second Wind.
