CANAL FRONT Frisco — It’s painless to see yourself appreciating the vast variety of Cape Hatteras experiences when you stay at SEA Y’ALL, a four-bedroom/three full- and two-half bath home located between the Atlantic Ocean and Brigands' Bay.

Bring your boat, your kayak and your fishing gear, for this Pamlico Sound canal front location couldn’t be any more convenient to pursue your adore of the water. That would include the home’s private pool, too, surrounded by a wide patio to idle in the sun’s warmth. After a dip in the pool, dip into the ground-level game room to catch a must-see game on the TV, a competitive game of pool or a cool drink from the wet bar with full-size refrigerator. A half-bath is on this level, too.

The home’s middle level features three bedrooms, all with TVs and access to a covered deck. A king master bedroom has an ensuite bath and a deck off the front of the home. A queen bedroom and a room with two sets of bunk beds share a full hallway bathroom and open to a deck facing the sound and pool. The fourth bedroom is a king master with TV and ensuite bath just off the open living space on the top floor. A cathedral ceiling and walls of windows create an airy and inviting space, where everybody can relax and savor the company — with coffee around the breakfast bar, whipping up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, savoring them around the six-seat dining table or getting caught up in a TV show in the living room.

Head out to the deck for a soak in the hot tub as summer breezes drift of the sound while you sip your favorite drink, or simply sit back and watch the canal come alive. About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Scotch Bonnet Marina. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Summer time is high season in Frisco. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available online. If they are not listed, call the host before reserving the property.   • If your family is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a specific Hatteras attraction you are crazy about, keep an eye out for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental

Some things to know before you go:

  • We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of problems.
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • Record any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your life at home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
