Located just an over-the-boardwalk walk to the ocean, this four-bedroom/three-bath home is ideal for the family who loves the additional amenities of a resort community, balanced by a calming getaway to call their own.

The first level features three bedrooms: a master king with an ensuite bath and two rooms with two twins, each that share a full hallway bath. Each of the bedrooms features a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom, a queen with ensuite bath, is located on the upper level. Here, too, is a roomy great room, adeptly designed for bringing the family together for meals and many more memorable moments. While the living room features a huge flat screen TV and Blu-ray player, the must-see watching will most likely come from the deck, where the sun rises in the morning. Appreciate a dip in the six-person hot tub, conveniently screened in for all-weather use.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail. Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save on your rental home.
