The Kite Club is a elegant getaway tucked away in the Village of Avon hosted by Kite Club Hatteras. The layout is all on one level, and is one half of a duplex. It is located on a canal with the back porch overlooking the water and is just steps away from the dock. The living room has a cavernous cathedral ceiling and includes an open layout kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace, a wet bar and a entirely equipped modern kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar island with 10 chairs. On either side of the living room area are four bedrooms which are joined by a full bathroom, and there is also a half bath off the living area. Each of the four bedrooms has a sliding glass door to one of the two covered decks.
