Welcome to Holiday Sun, a brand new oceanside home in Rodanthe with construction set to be finished in May!
Offering 4 comfortable bedrooms and just a short walk (roughly 0.2 miles) to the beach, located at the end of the street, Holiday Sun is the ideal Hatteras Island vacation getaway for your family!
Inside, 2 full baths and all 4 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, including 3 queen bedrooms and a bedroom with a full over full bunk. Upstairs on the top level, the living area, dining area, and kitchen can be found, as well as a convenient powder room.
Rinse off the sand from long days at the beach in the convenient outdoor shower, before heading to the hot tub to relax.
Appreciate world-class fishing at the Rodanthe Pier, just 0.6 miles away.
Don't forget the family dog, as Holiday Sun is pet-friendly! There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

When to visit Rodanthe & When to book:
- In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.

- Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
