Here, the shallow waters of the sound are at your back door yet the adventures of an ocean beach are just two blocks away. Ditch all your cares other than “which body of water will entice me today?”

Families, especially, will adore the way the soundfront location enthralls kids, adult, and up to two dogs. A grassy area and the shallow waters doubles as a play area as well as the ideal launching point for wind and kite surfers, paddle boarders, and kayakers. There’s plenty of room to store your gear under the home and an outdoor shower to clean up after the day’s adventures. Warm up to the idea of a calming soak in the 6-person hot tub located on the first level deck, especially as the sun begins its descent and the sky reveals a kaleidoscope of color.
