Great vacation days await you from the 3,784-square-foot oceanside Ireland Parish! Located across from the pedestrian ocean access, Ireland Parish opens with good parking, a fish station, a park grille, a private concrete pool, furnished pool surround, a private hot tub, and a tiki bar with a half-refrigerator. The first level opens with a furnished game room with a full-size pool table, a TV, a sleeper couch, a wet bar, a microwave, and deck access to the pool. A separate home theater room with a 106-inch movie screen and seating is also located on this level. The first-level bathroom has a full bath and shower. Level two has a washer/dryer nook. The first bedroom is an oceanside suite. The second bedroom has a TV, deck access, and a full bath with a step-in shower.
The third bedroom has a main bath with a shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The west-facing fourth bedroom has two twins, one with a trundle, and deck access. The West deck has a rope swing, a hammock, comfortable furnishings, and super sunsets. The third level great room has tall cathedral ceilings, and a half bath. The living area has chic resort-style furnishings, a TV, and a stereo. Ireland Parish has sizable furnished east and west sundecks that catch every sunrise and sunset. The humongous kitchen has a breakfast bar, an island with a wet-bar, and a computer station, and opens to the oceanfront dining area. A furnished tower hideaway has a TV, sundecks, and postcard vistas of the sound, the ocean, and Waves village. Ireland Parish may be the best way to spend a vacation in Waves village, North Hatteras Island. This home is formally known as Sea-Ways Garrett.

This home is equipped with an exterior suitcases lift to the second and third floors.
The pool water is heated via solar power, therefore the water temperature may vary as it is dependent on weather conditions and ambient air temperature. Solar pool heat does not need to be requested in advance.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is near the beach. Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a spending plan:
- Summertime is high season in Waves. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your family.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.

- Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
