On-site amenities include a swimmingpool, private hot tub, Kitty Hawk Kites store, kitesurfing school and kiting access, boat dock, boat and trailer parking, gear lockers, SUP and kayak storage, seafood restaurant/bar and coffee shop, electric car charging station.

This extravagant Outer Banks jewel with 9' ceilings, bespoke woodwork and rosewood furnishings sleeps 8 in 3 master bedrooms plus a comfortable sleeper couch. Savor the open living area with a well-appointed kitchen featuring soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and breakfast bar,and adjacent dining area and living room opening onto the private sound front balcony anchored by a private hot tub and gas Bar-B-Que grille*, with plenty of cozy seating for viewing the gorgeous postcard sunsets. There is fast WiFi and a surround-sound system, with Roku TVs in every room. The fireplace pictured is for ambiance and does not have real flames. A comfortable workstation with universal USB docking station, keyboard, mouse and 27” monitor makes remote working more comfortable and productive. BR1 is a King Master with separate entry and full bath with shower. BR2 is a Queen Master with separate entry and tiled bath with shower.BR3 is a waterfront king master suite with full bath and shower, and direct access to the hot tub on the soundfront balcony

You are at ground zero of the kiteboarding universe and can harness the power of the equipment and impressive instructors of the Kitty Hawks Kites Kiteboarding school on the premises for the vacation of a lifetime! Assess the whitecaps from the balcony and see who is kiting all the way from the Real Slick in Waves to the north end of Hatteras Island and all points in between. Walk downstairs to the yard and rig your kite on the lawn with the included air pump and sandbags. Year-round, there are always instructors and other kiters to launch your kite, give you the scoop on local conditions, and arrange downwinders in the ocean or through the world-famed Planet of the Apes slicks, where you can land right at the condo.
