SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves- O'Neal Rd. -You'll appreciate ocean and sound vistas in this pretty semi-oceanfront beach home with direct beach access - located closer to the beach than some oceanfronts! The ground level has a double concrete drive/carport and all weather entry. The first level has three cavernous bedrooms (1 master with queen and TV/DVD) and second bath off the hallway. The upper level has a second queen bedroom with huge, covered balcony that overlooks the sound and semi-private full bath with Jacuzzi. The living/dining area is light and open with vaulted ceiling and juniper wainscoting, and the kitchen is equipped for serious cooking. The great room opens to a sizable wraparound sundeck, covered porch, and ships watch.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Hatteras attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
