Forever June is a gorgeous beach getaway that is located just five tons back and 120 yards from the beach. The Avon fishing pier is an painless walk away, or you can opt to stay entertained at home, with the four TVs, DVD, stereo/CD, and wireless high-speed internet.

The under-home concrete parking makes loading and unloading a breeze, and the young ones will be happy to stay outside and have fun on the lighted deck with play area, while dad cooks up dinner on the BBQ. You'll also find the laundry room and fish cleaning station in this area.

A sizable south sundeck is ideal for soaking up the rays, and inside visitors will be happy to discover that this home was designed for groups, with bedrooms and a bath at each end, bordering a central great room. The screened porch provides an additional shaded getaway, and with comfortable accommodations and simple beach access, your guests will surely be able to relax at Forever June.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
