Welcome to your oceanfront home away from home! We have taken advantage of some offseason time to add a second King bed to the home, new couch, recliner and all new interior doors throughout. Always doing our best to upgrade your hideaway!

Just over the dune from Sun Kissed Seas, you'll find our stretch of heaven that inspired its namesake. Located in North Avon about a mile north of the pier, the beaches here are wide and uncongested. Cozy up with a cup of coffee in the front room and savor a pretty sunrise over the Atlantic. Or appreciate a glass of wine on the upper deck while you watch the moon rise over the water. Whatever your enjoyment, rest and relaxation are in the cards during your stay with plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the spectacular vistas!

Our home is a handsome 4 bedroom, 2 bath getaway from the daily grind. If you must work, stay connected with our high speed wifi and the best work vistas ever! When you arrive, you will find plenty of parking under the home with steps to your right that lead to the primary entrance and the first of 3 separate deck areas. The entry is cavernous, with plenty of room to unload your suitcases and gear. This area opens to the kitchen, dining, and living areas with plenty of space for your group to relax. The comfortable couch is ideal for taking in a movie or getting lost in a great book. Our dining area includes a huge table as well as island seating with room to get everybody together for meals or game time. Down the hall are your sleeping areas with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a bunk room on the right with 2 twin beds for your little ones and a dresser to tuck away their belongings. On the left is a gorgeous queen bedroom with a dresser, nightstands, and closet. Conveniently located across the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall is your third bedroom with the new king bed, a dresser, TV, and nightstands. On the left you will find your second king bedroom complete with ensuite bath and walk in shower. This is the biggest bedroom with a TV, dresser, and closet for all of your essentials.

Back to the oceanfront side of the home our kitchen is entirely outfitted; appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot along with plenty of dishes, glassware, and pots and pans for the chef in your crew.

As you head back to the entry, sliders to your left will take you to the second and third decks where you may find yourself spending a LOT of time. We adore our outdoor living space, and this home has plenty to go around. The first level deck comes with a picnic table shaded by the upper deck to enjoy those charming oceanfront dinners. We also have 2 chairs and a table on this level for added seating options. Head to the upper deck for some of the prettiest vistas on the island! Another set of chairs and table are found on this deck that offer the best vistas in the home. Check out the ocean conditions before you amble over the dune to spend the day at the beach. If you look closely, you may very well catch the dolphins playing in the waves!

Our romantic oceanfront home is a ideal choice for visitors with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours; many are in walking distance! The beds are all newly made for your arrival to ensure you have one less thing to do!

We want you everybody to have a outstanding, calming hideaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the home in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a marvelous job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are supplied in your welcome letter and are also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We enjoy your understanding as we prepare our home for your hideaway!

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Traveling with kids?   • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
