Sitting on a corner lot of land, the exterior of Floyd's getaway features broad decks, a gas grille, and pool access at close by Club Hatteras. When you aren't relishing fabulous vistas from the decks, walk across the street to beach access, or take a walk around the dog and bicycle-friendly neighborhood. Numerous local eateries and stores are also within walking distance, ensuring your every craving is satisfied.
Inside Floyd's Retreat, you'll discover warm wood finishes, dog-friendly amenities, and modern appliances. The comfortable living room displays ample seating and a huge intelligent TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When it's time to eat, dining is made just as simple at the formal dining table. Decorated for comfort and style, the four bedrooms are adorned with soft linens, nautical decorations, TVs, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the stellar list of interior amenities.
