Come vacation at Ourtanfannies. This great home is located one back from the ocean. Listen to the waves from your bedroom, while calming indoors or from one of the new covered or sun exposed 'fannie tanning' decks. Appreciate the private pool, decking, and private hot tub.

Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a sizable skylight. Living area has magnificent natural lighting with an open floor area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and ocean view dining area. Create your vacation memories at Ourtanfannies. Book for a week or more!

Guests have painless access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and cycling to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best eateries in Avon.

The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier. Surf's Up and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
