A peaceful cul-de-sac welcomes you to this peaceful neighborhood, ensuring the loudest noises will be those of the gulls flying overhead and the waves crashing ashore as you fall asleep at nighttime in one of the home’s four bedrooms. Three of those bedrooms — a queen, a room with two twins and one with a bunk and a double bed — along with two full baths are located on the first level. Also on this level is an enclosed Florida room, making the six-person hot tub an omni-present possibility, no matter the weather. The final bedroom, a queen with a semi-private full bath and a slider to an ocean-facing deck is located on the upper level. Once the sun rises you won’t have to venture far for that first cup of coffee as a light and airy kitchen, dining area and great room are just outside your door. Plan and prepare your family’s meals in a roomy kitchen with freshly refreshed appliances and granite countertops with ample room to share them at leisure around an eight-seat dining table. The space flows conveniently into the great room where a sizable flat screen TV and comfortable, cozy furnishings provide a relaxing space to settle in for the evening.
