SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon – Hatteras Ln. – Find yourself jammin’ to an island vibe at BEACH JAM’N, a four-bedroom/two-bath home that inspires a carefree spirit from sunrise to sunset, both of which you can experience from a newly added upper sky deck. Reach up and touch the sky as you fall into the calming rhythm of a Hatteras Island beach vacation.

This location is ideal for families who appreciate having painless boardwalk access to the beach and a peaceful neighborhood to ride bicycles and walk around. You’ll adore the huge outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a fish cleaning station with water and lights if you plan on cooking your catch on the gas grille. All the home’s bedrooms are located on the lower level including a king master with deck access, two queen bedrooms, and another room with a queen and bunk bed that share a hallway bath. Three of the four bedrooms feature Samsung Intelligent TVs.

On the upper level, a wood-lined vaulted ceiling casts a warm glow over an open-concept great room creating an inviting space for everybody to gather. The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and relax as you stream your favorite shows on the 65-inch Intelligent TV. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you need to prep, prepare, and serve meals, either at the two breakfast counters with six stools or the eight-seat dining table. Slider doors leading onto the covered deck reveal Adirondack chairs to lounge in as stars start to populate the evening sky and the waves offer a relaxing soundtrack.
