With very simple access from street level, you'll have no problem bringing in your suitcases and groceries. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing gourmet meals with tons of room for more than one chef, and you'll adore the flow to the separate dining room through the butler's pantry which provides ample storage for your groceries and wine. From the sound-front living room featuring a 65-inch flatscreen TV, you'll have painless access to the enormous, furnished deck that overlooks the water, where you will savor handsome, colorful sunsets year-round. The bedrooms are furnished to give you a variety of sleeping arrangements, making them ideal for a family or for couples. Step down to the lower deck where a six-person hot tub will be the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine after a day on the water. From this deck, a stairway descends down to the water's edge for easy launching of kayaks, windsurfers, or kiteboards. Don't miss this gem!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
