There’s nothing Hazy about these sunsets! You will thoroughly appreciate this impressive, bespoke-constructed home on Frisco's sound front. With very simple access from street level, you'll have no problem bringing in your suitcases and groceries. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing gourmet meals with tons of room for more than one chef, and you'll appreciate the flow to the separate dining room through the butler's pantry which provides ample storage for your groceries and wine. From the sound-front living room featuring a 65-inch flatscreen TV, you'll have painless access to the sizable, furnished deck that overlooks the water, where you will savor delightful, colorful sunsets year-round. The bedrooms are furnished to give you a variety of sleeping arrangements, making them ideal for a family or for couples. Step down to the lower deck where a six-person hot tub will be the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine after a day on the water. From this deck, a stairway descends down to the water's edge for easy launching of kayaks, windsurfers, or kiteboards. Don't miss this gem!

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Indiantown Shores, a neighborhood in Frisco. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Frisco Native American Museum and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Tips for getting the best Hatteras vacation rental experience:

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • If there's a particular Hatteras destination you crave, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

During your stay:

  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
