With a backyard that faces the sound, SAIL RIGHT UP is ideal for those who appreciate to spend their days on the water. A premier launching spot accepts you to put two kayaks or a paddle board right into the Pamlico Sound. If you bring your own, there’s a locking storage area for your gear. After your aquatic adventures, savor the convenience of an outdoor shower for a fast rinse.


Three of the home’s bedrooms occupy the bottom level: two queens and a room with two bunkbeds that share a hallway bathroom. The final bedroom, a master king suite, is located on the upper level and features a private outdoor entrance, ensuite bathroom, and a huge, newly furnished sound front sundeck with access to a four-person hot tub. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs. Another enormous Intelligent TV is located in the adjoining great room, a comfortable space to appreciate a movie from the vast DVD collection or to catch up with each other on the day’s escapades. An open kitchen has everything you need to make meal prep a breeze with a complimentary-standing breakfast island providing additional prep and seating space for full-family meals that can be appreciated together around an eight-seat dining table. Undoubtedly, it will be the lure of the new, furnished decks, and especially the crow’s nest, that will provide those calming moments you crave. Take time to enjoy the brilliant hues of both the sunrise and sunset and raise a glass with a toast to the best decision you ever made — booking SAIL RIGHT UP.
