Centrally located in the heart of Avon, on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you are less than 50 feet to beach access, yet convenient to the Avon pier, shopping, and dining —this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ideal for the entire group. The fun does not stop after a day in the sun! Savor your own private pool area, hot tub, huge yard, screened porch or relax on the sundeck. Don't forget your 4-legged friend… Krazy 4 Shore is dog-friendly!

Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 5 cars, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a cavernous yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grille.

Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area. The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a sizable sectional couch and TV. The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a TV, and share a full roomy bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)… ideal for the little ones in your group! Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
