OCEANVIEW Waves - Wimble Shores - Whether you bring your TWO SONS, three daughters or furry family member, this well-appointed beach bungalow is sure to please the entire group. Located four tons from the beach, the community beach access is just a fast walk to the end of this peaceful residential street.
Height runs in the family as this home towers above the rest, providing ocean vistas from both levels of oceanside decks with constructed-in benches. And with east and west facing decks, you can savor both sun rise and sun set from TWO SONS. Appreciate privacy in the landscaped pool area located amongst the trees and within high privacy fencing. The 15’ x 27’ pool has an beautiful waterfall feature and is surrounded by lounges and seats for catching some rays.
Inside the home, choose from four comfortable bedrooms. Two queen master bedrooms with private baths anchor each of the two levels, a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom (with hideaway trundle bed) share the mid-level hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV and the queen bedrooms each have slider access to a deck. Escape to the sumptuous hot tub on the mid-level deck with privacy lattice and steps for simple access.
The top level great room accommodates the group with ample seating around the flat screen TV with DVD player. Multiple family members can contribute to meal prep and clean-up in the open-layout kitchen with tons of counterspace. The 10-person dining table includes the entire group in dinner conversation.
