Reel Em Inn is an exceptional waterfront property located in mid-Frisco, halfway up the Scotch Bonnet Marina canal with simple access to the sound. The Marina has a nice, modest boat ramp for use if you want to bring your boat on vacation. Also, Reel Em Inn has a freshly updated bulkhead to tie up your vessel, a modest dock for launching SUPs and kayaks, and provides plenty of space for fishing and crabbing.

This newly remodeled home features under-home pull-in parking for three cars, an outside shower, a grille, and a fish cleaning station. Guests can appreciate the hot tub on the waterfront sundeck.

The first floor features a breakfast room with a modest chest freezer, a kitchen with double ovens and a full-size microwave, a formal dining room with seating for eight, a huge comfortable living room, a theater room with a 70” flatscreen TV, Blu-ray player and seating for six, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a roomy queen bedroom. Also located on the first floor is a sizable game room with an air hockey table, pool table, wet bar, microwave, mini-refrigerator, ice maker, pub seating, and enormous screen TV, a laundry room, and a sunroom that overlooks the deck, hot tub and sunset water vistas! Original wood floors abound in this home.

The second floor includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, a double bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second-floor main bedroom has a king bed and a private main bath with a shower. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Frisco Native American Museum. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
