OCEANFRONT Avon - Griggs Lane - Come for a visit at BELLA BEACH BOX. Located on a peaceful side street in South Avon, appreciate direct beach access and pretty ocean vistas. The open floorplan and vaulted ceilings in the great room welcome you to this appealing bungalow on the beach. Four bedrooms provide clean accommodation for the group with bright and beachy decor. The top level deck is cavernous and features a picnic table and the bubbly hot tub, ideally perched in front of blue water vistas. Stay with friends this year at BELLA BEACH BOX.

New for 2024: Three of the home's bedrooms are being refreshed with new beds. The queen master will now feature a king bed. Two bedrooms, the room with two singles and the room with the double bed are being converted to queen bedrooms. New gas grille, this home now features two grilling options for the group chef! Three of the TVs have been mounted and are now featuring Silicon Travel services. Parlor on new Adirondack captain chairs on the deck. New refrigerator.
New for 2022: New LVP floor, new linens, updated bathrooms.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
