Perched on a private point with a lawn that stretches to a kayak-friendly canal, the only management you’ll need to consider is your time — and all the fabulous ways you can spend it while you are here.

A peaceful cul-de-sac welcomes you to this home that’s ideal for a modest family. All three bedrooms are located on the first level. There’s a king master with ensuite bath and a queen and bunk room that share a full hallway bath which also includes a laundry closet. Two exterior doors provide access to the furnished sun deck which also homes a 6-person hot tub, ideally positioned for a calming soak as the sun sinks below the sound.

The top floor captivates with an open living concept and plenty of windows to reveal the sound side’s natural beauty. A enormous Intelligent TV anchors a comfortably furnished great room. Between the charcoal grille located outside at the back of the home and the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to bring your favorite vacation meals to a dining table that seats eight, along with three more at the breakfast bar. Savor the sound vistas as you dine, or even better, savor the impressive sunsets that light up the sky each evening from the furnished deck. There’s also a full bath on this level and a additional area featuring a day bed with trundle and Intelligent TV.
