You'll fall in appreciate with this multi-level home! This home is located in the community of Salvo's Wind Over Waves. It is equipped with exceptional amenities throughout both levels and outside. The Seagull's French Fry has a enormous lot and offers ocean access just a fast walk away, a concrete boat ramp, and a community pier/boardwalk. What are you waiting for?
Three bedrooms with TVs, en suite bathrooms, and access to decks on the first level. You'll also find a game room with a foosball table, a TV, and a full-size refrigerator to store your snacks and goodies. This level also offers access to a covered deck with a private hot tub overlooking the enclosed yard, where a shining private pool will be waiting for you, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The pool area has two picnic tables, a gas grille, and a bar area with warm nighttime lighting, ideal for fun poolside meals.
Upstairs, you'll find a handsome open floor plan. The kitchen is a delight with its stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. You'll have all the essentials to prepare everything, from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go and sweet desserts. The pretty breakfast bar adds five more dining spaces to the adjoining six-person dining table. The main living area is another gorgeous place to gather with its two comfortable couches and TV. From here, you'll also have direct access to a deck, which has another gas grille, ideal for barbecues. The bedroom on this level has access to the terrace, a TV, and a roomy en suite bath with two vanities, a tub, and a walk-in shower.
