Here you’ll discover storage for your beach gear and an outdoor shower. Chaise lounges surrounding the private pool beckon you to settle in with a good book; that is until lunchtime calls and the charcoal grille and shaded picnic table become the main attraction. There’s also a brand new six-person hot tub for a calming respite. Take a break from the sun on the first level, where a TV and game room featuring a foosball table are located just inside the front door. There are also three bedrooms on this level including a queen master with ensuite bath, plus an additional queen bedroom and a room with two single beds that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. A half-bath is located on the landing between the first and second levels.
