Located in the center of the elegant cozy Hatteras village on Hatteras Island. It’s equal distance to ocean or sound. Striking sunset soundview panaramic scene. Appreciate and relax watching evening sunsets on top deck with a screened porch and bar top with 4 barstools. Painless unloading on ground floor with elevator. The home is located among trees with a long driveway. The home is private being located further back and fencing on one side. There is an outside shower to clean off after a day with toes in the sand. It’s 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. There are 3 QUEEN bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 TWIN beds. Impeccably decorated and very well constructed cared for home. There is a teak outside bar located underneath carport with cornhole boards and ring toss for your fun and entertainment. There is a park style outdoor grille in back.

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Outer Banks Beaches, while Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights.
