Located in the center of the striking cozy Hatteras village on Hatteras Island. It’s equal distance to ocean or sound. Pretty sunset soundview panaramic scene. Savor and relax watching evening sunsets on top deck with a screened porch and bar top with 4 barstools. Simple unloading on ground floor with elevator. The home is located among trees with a long driveway. The home is private being located further back and fencing on one side. There is an outside shower to clean off after a day with toes in the sand. It’s 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. There are 3 QUEEN bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 TWIN beds. Impeccably decorated and very well constructed cared for home. There is a teak outside bar located underneath carport with cornhole boards and ring toss for your fun and entertainment. There is a park style outdoor grille in back.
