For 2023, the interior has been newly painted and a new living room set has been added. Brand new fire pit and Adirondack chairs, and charcoal BBQ.

The home has all new beds, linens, new pillows, all new area rugs, two new outdoor swings, and a new 2nd floor HVAC unit. Southern Charm was freshly painted in March '22 and a new staircase was constructed from the ground up in the back of the home.

GORGEOUS.... SOUTHERN CHARM has been completely remodeled and features delightful weathered driftwood floors and “Vintage Beach” décor throughout bungalow in hues of sea glass, sand and white. This is not your average beach home rental. This home was modeled after the 2016 HGTV Intelligent Home.

A forty-seven second walk to the beach. Southern Charm sits one row back from the ocean, on a huge corner lot and has spectacular ocean vistas. The beach access walkway is directly diagonally across the peaceful street we are on. Appreciate your morning coffee watching the sunrise from one of multi-level decks, or appreciate your glass of wine as the sunsets over the sound from the covered Lanai.

AMAZING OUTSIDE AMENITIES.

Spectacular manicured lawn with plants & concrete drive. The bungalow features a shuffleboard, corn hole. frisbee, Volley Ball. Savor a good book swinging on the deck! An 8-Person Hot Tub spa, outdoor charcoal grille and picnic area also available for this property. We have beach chairs and beach umbrella for your enjoyment at the beach.

The Avon Fishing Pier is in walking distance from our bungalow less than .25 mile down the street! If you are a fisherman, a fish cleaning table is tucked underneath the bungalow along with outside shower.

This bungalow is a reverse floor plan. The first level entry features a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The 2nd living level has 3 bedrooms (queen, pull out/queen, 2 twins), a full bath, featuring tub/shower combination, sink and toilet. A huge wrap around deck is accessible from multipurpose room and hallway. Multi Purpose room features sizable flat screen TV, DVD Player with movie library, XBOX, XBOX Games for all guests to use during their stay and tons board games and puzzles for the kids.

As you go upstairs to the third level, you we be welcomed by more outstanding ocean vistas. The upstairs features enormous open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, living room, dining room, bespoke kitchen with concrete countertops, master bedroom and luxury bathroom, all which have been meticulously decorated in Vintage Beach décor. Sit and relax watching a sizable 60” flat screen with ROKU streaming, Disney+ and Netflix, over the fireplace, while appreciating handsome ocean vistas from the couch, or wander out to the large wrap around deck where you will savor water vistas of both Ocean and Lake from Lanai.

The well equipped kitchen features new white cabinetry with all new Whirlpool appliances, beautiful concrete countertops and a handsome bespoke sea glass backsplash. New cookware and dinnerware along with a Keurig coffee maker will be available for your convenience.

Beach access is directly across the bungalow. Enjoy a elegant wide beach at our location! Only steps to the beach here! A wooden boardwalk will let you walk to the Pier which is right down the street. Southern Charm is located in the heart of Avon and offers excellent eateries within walking distance. Food Lion is less than .25 miles down the street for your shopping convenience.

Across the street is Island Beach Units, where you can rent beach cruiser bicycles for all ages along with other beach items needed, infant joggers, kayaks, & stand up paddle boards. Island Beach Units is across the street within walking distance. You will need to call them to reserve prior to your trip to make sure you have them during your stay.
