The second level of the home features the laundry room and three well-appointed bedrooms, including a king master, a queen master, and a master bedroom with 2 singles, each with their own private bath. When to visit & When to book:
- Summer time is high season in Waves. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Hatteras vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
