Indoors, you can practice some bold plays in the ground floor game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. For a peaceful afternoon, escape to the media room with 40" LCD TV with BluRay and surround sound to watch your favorite stars make bold moves or plug in your gaming system or laptop. Take a break in the sitting area with half bath, queen sleeper couch, desk and internet, ideal for doing a little indoor surfing online. The second level of the home features the laundry room and three well appointed bedrooms, including a king master, a queen master, and a master bedroom with 2 singles, each with their own private bath. All bedrooms in the home have flat screen TVs and either BluRay player or DVD player. The top level has one more king master bedroom with spa bath tub. The open great room has flat screen TV and BluRay player, and dining area with sliders to the sun decks. - Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
