The second level great room with cathedral ceiling and wall to wall windows offers sound vistas on three sides and 55" Intelligent TV. The living/dining area opens to the furnished sundeck and one of the most spectacular sound vistas in Avon, the ideal vantage for viewing the kiteboarders glide across the water and exceptional sunsets.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to compel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
