Located in the tri-villages, Castaway Too Salvo is a very prominent home with gorgeous ocean and sound vistas offering a good value with an charming price. Lot sizes vary from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet which provides open spaces and more privacy. The beach access is right across the street, but with the bigger tons comes a longer walk to the beach even with convenient beach access. This upgraded, pet-friendly home offers brand-new laminate floor throughout, upgraded King beds, and great room furnishings. Located close to great eateries, the island's best water sports venues, and clean, less-busy beaches. This home sits on a higher lot, elevated from heavy rains and storms, with a vertical 4-level design, open floor plan, and elevator to all levels.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a huge driveway with simple access to the close by indoor elevator. Carport is ideal for storing all your beach gear and a grilling area with gas and a park-style charcoal grille. Totally gated, solar heated, private pool area with hot tub, Constructed-to-Last furnishings, 2 outside showers, fish cleaning bench, and a picnic table. Next to the pool, you'll find a huge sports field ideal for kickball, baseball, whiffle ball, soccer, and more! Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check-in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each changeover day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.
