A second laundry area is also on this level. Each of the four bedrooms opens onto the roomy shaded deck overlooking the ocean.

Gather in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with sweeping ocean-to-sound vistas on the top level. Family feasts around the dining table and adjacent breakfast bar will bring your crew closer together. Spend time in the living area with impressive ocean vistas that are sure to wow you all year long. A convenient half bathroom is also on this level.
