Private and peaceful location on the end of the cul-de-sac on pretty Island Pines Dr. in Waves, NC! This spectacular Outer Banks property is mere steps from the dunes and ocean. You'll appreciate a calm, serene ambiance at Island Pines, surrounded by impressive pines and cedars. Relaxation abounds as you switch from life-mode to vacation-mode and savor the private pool, hot tub, or soak up some rays on one of the many cavernous, wrap-around decks.

Island Pines features five spacious master bedrooms, all with private baths. The kitchen and great room on the upper level are a natural gathering space and are sizable enough to gather your family and friends for dinner, movies, puzzles, and games! Above the great room is a additional loft--ideal for reading, playing one of the multiple board games, or quietly sneaking off to return phone calls or emails.

The well-appointed kitchen features a sizable ice maker—ideal for filling your coolers before heading to the beach, two dishwashers, and an upsized refrigerator for ease of comfort and entertaining. With ample seating and an island for serving, this kitchen was made for huge gatherings!

The upper level features one spacious master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, hottub tub, and separate shower. This room has a sliding door to the sun deck where guests can enjoy peaceful morning cups of coffee, a view of the yard and pool, handsome ocean vistas, or just soak up some sunshine.
The mid-level features four bedrooms: Two master bedrooms with private baths, king beds, and sliding doors to a covered deck with ocean vistas, another king bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of pyramid bunk beds. The king room and bunk room share a full bathroom located in the hallway.

The lower level features two enormous master bedrooms with king beds, as well as private baths. A third bedroom on the lower level has pyramid bunk beds and has access to the shared hall bathroom. Our young and old guests, alike, dream of our spacious game room with pool table, TV, wet-bar, and full sized refrigerator! The game room walks out to the pool and hot tub, conveniently accepting snacks and cold drinks to be just a few steps away!

On the right side of the home is a large, private lot for your group’s corn hole tournament and also for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows around the propane fire pit.

Island Pines is a fast two-min. walk from the beach. Guests can walk a few more mins. and visit the Rodanthe pier and enjoy deep water fishing. Waves, NC is a world-acclaimed location for kite-surfing and windsurfing. Guests can take a quick five min. walk visit one of two lesson and equipment rental businesses.

Another quick walk--Savor some ice cream from and enjoy sunset vistas over the sound.
