The ground floor offers two master bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with two pyramid bunk beds. This level also has a game room, theater room, kitchenette, half bath, and elevator to provide painless access to all four floors. The game room has a pool table, foosball table, and two 32” TVs with Dish Network®. The adjacent theater room features real theater seats with stadium seating, a 60" Plasma TV home theater system with BOSE® surround sound, BluRay® player, Dish Network®, Netflix® and a library of over 150 trendy movies.

The second level features four king master suites. Also on this level is a sizable den with a couch bed, wet bar, mini refrigerator, 55” TV with Dish Network®, Roku® , video game console and board games for all ages. A slider opens to a shaded deck overlooking the pool area to appreciate the warm ocean breezes. The third level features the great room, appointed with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for expansive ocean vistas that are simply elegant. The outdoor shower provides a convenient way to wash off the sand and salt from the pristine, unspoiled beach found just a fast walk over the sand dune. A close by community boardwalk is also available for simple access to the beach.
