SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Lighthouse Ct. - Be prepared to be pampered because this impressive one-lot-back home has anticipated your every need. Located on a peaceful, low traffic street, SURF MUSIC sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun.

The first floor features a game room with a pool table, card table, and 65” intelligent TV with cable; and a den with a remote workspace with a enormous desk and a new sleeper couch. There are also 3 bedrooms on this level: a king master bedroom and another bedroom with a king bed that shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. A wet bar with full-sized refrigerator and microwave, a laundry room, and a convenient half bath round out the first floor.

The first level steps down to a private swimming pool and a six-person hot tub with convenient access to an outdoor shower and a half bath from the pool area.

The second floor has 4 master bedrooms: 3 with king-sized beds and 1 with 2 singles. All of the bedrooms in this home have TVs. Nearby you'll find a second laundry room, and a media room with a 65" flat screen TV/DVD, surround sound, and a sectional lounge couch.

The top floor features a roomy great room, a gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves, the biggest dining room table on Hatteras Island, and a king master bedroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi.

The grandeur of this home is exceeded only by its spectacular setting. From the three levels of decking, you can view the sunrise over the Atlantic and grand sunsets over the sound, birds and wildlife, and a myriad of stars

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
