Take a break from the sun’s rays in the adjacent screened-in porch with a generous eight-person hot tub, or step inside to the game room, featuring a pool table, wet bar with mini-refrigerator and microwave, and huge flat screen TV, DVD/CD with sound bar where you can amp up your playlist to an appropriate event vibe.

Thoughtful conveniences abound including an all-level elevator, accessible-friendly powder rooms on each level as well as mini-ramps onto exterior decks, and a spare dishwasher and full-size refrigerator in the lower-level laundry room. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Getting the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Frisco. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
