Even though the beach is steps away, your family will adore the sprawling private pool area, with an 18’x37’ pool (one of the biggest on the island), over 1,200 square feet of decking for sunbathing, an eight-person hot tub enclosed within a shady screened-in porch, and a convenient cabana bath. Stream your favorite playlists from Bluetooth enabled speakers at the pool and hot tub to set the vibe.   • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Frisco. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance.
