Standing sentry over a private soundfront beach, this cavernous home has everything you need to appreciate the gentle pace of soundfront living in opulent style. While the call of the sound to launch a kayak or windsurf could be strong, the pull of the private pool may win out. Choose a poolside chaise under sun or shade — there’s plenty of both — or opt for the deck revealing pristine sound vistas. Practice your game on the adjoining putting green, breaking for a soak in the new 7-person hot tub to keep those muscles loose. Refreshment is as close as the adjacent tiki bar, lined with stools to keep the banter as lively as the music you can pipe through the poolside speakers. Move the reverie inside to the game room, a haven for all ages to play pool, foosball or 60 classic arcade games. Grab a cold drink from the drink refrigerator in the kitchenette, fill it with ice from the ice maker and turn on the Intelligent TV. Too sedentary? An exercise room on this level gets you moving again on a recumbent NordicTrack® bicycle. Also on this level are three sumptuous king master bedrooms. All of the home’s bedrooms feature ensuite baths and Intelligent TVs.

The home is equipped with an elevator, easing movement between floors. You’ll find two more king master bedrooms on the second level, along with a handicap-friendly queen master featuring a day bed and private ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room featuring two pyramid bunk beds.   • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
