Life is good in Hatteras at 5,000-square-foot oceanfront Down By The Sea, less than a mile from Hatteras Village Park. This gorgeous home features a landscaped yard, ample parking, and a giant, oceanfront private pool with all the furnishings you need, plus a private hot tub. Additionally, you'll also appreciate access to the HOA community pool, bathrooms, and nature trail. This spectacular ground-floor escapade has been freshly finished with new floor, paint, and decor. You can also find a bespoke wet bar with butcher block counters along with a multicade video game system with over 60 classic video games to play!

The first and second bedrooms share a bathroom on the entry level. The third poolside bedroom features a private bath. A new basement wet bar with butcher block countertops, a constructed-in ice maker, and a refrigerator make the recreation room, which features a pool table and TV, even more enticing. The laundry nook is located mid-level. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and includes a bathroom. The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a bathroom. The seventh and eighth bedrooms are both oceanfront rooms with deck access and private en suite baths. Bedroom nine also features an en suite bath. Recent upgrades to the home include a completely refreshed third-floor great room with new floor, updated furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a TV with streaming capability. The kitchen features a two-corner breakfast bar and a huge dining area, plus tons of countertop space and a double oven. Outdoors, the humongous, south-facing sundeck is furnished and aligned for ocean and pool watching. A new poolside cabana bar with a sink, and electric and concrete countertops means even more fun times spent socializing outside. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum.
